Rob has been an Addictions Counsellor at one of Canada's largest residential drug and alcohol treatment centres since 2016. Rob founded Metric Addiction in 2022 with the hopes of helping more people recover from the disease of addiction. Rob holds multiple certifications through the CACCF including an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor (ICADC) and a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (CCAC). Rob is  a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) through the SAPAA and is a member of the BCARA.  Rob  takes pride in being a person in long-term, recovery since 2010.

Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is a Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor (CCAC) through the CACCF. . Her academic credentials and certifications have endowed her with a robust understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic practices, allowing her to offer comprehensive support to her clients.
With over 12 years of personal recovery experience, Kim brings a profound sense of empathy and resilience to her practice. For the past three years, she has specialized in counseling women, particularly focusing on youth and emerging adults dealing with addiction. This specialized experience has refined her ability to address the unique challenges faced by young women in recovery, enabling her to develop and implement tailored strategies that support healing and growth. Kim’s approach is both compassionate and evidence-based, ensuring that her clients receive the highest standard of care as they journey through their recovery.
